Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Christopher made his transition to real estate in 2012 as the senior marketing strategist for a nationally-recognized, leading provider in real estate email newsletters. When Christopher moved to St. Petersburg he began as the Marketing Strategist for Smith & Associates Real Estate before transitioning into the role of Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate. As a result of his marketing prowess, Christopher was able to secure 11 new construction projects totaling over $8MM in sales in the Old Northeast section of Downtown St. Petersburg, positioning himself as an expert in the area and in new developments in Tampa Bay.
